Hot food stalls are limited and allocated at organiser discretion.

• Tables are provided (6ft).

• Traders must bring their own tablecloths.

• Traders must bring their own extension leads if power is required.

Stall Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

Submitting this application does not guarantee a stall space. Applications are reviewed to ensure a varied and balanced market.

Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email offering a stall space and providing payment instructions.

Stall spaces are only confirmed once full payment has been received. Payment must be made within 48 hours of approval (If you need longer please get in touch). If payment is not received within this time, the stall may be offered to another trader.

Stall fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

If a trader cancels their booking within 14 days of the event, stall fees are non-refundable. Traders may only transfer their stall to another trader with organiser approval.

Plant Power Events UK reserves the right to refuse applications that do not meet market requirements or where stall categories are already full.

I confirm that all products sold at this market are fully vegan and contain no animal-derived ingredients including (but not limited to) meat, fish, dairy, eggs, honey, gelatin, beeswax, carmine, or lanolin. I understand that misrepresentation may result in removal from the market without refund.

I confirm that the information provided in this application is accurate and that I hold the required insurance and safety documents.
